Acceptance of general conditions of sale 1. The contract between “Con Affetto” and the Customer shall be construed as concluded by the acceptance, even partially, of the order by Con Affetto Filatelia e Numismatica. This is considered tacit acceptance, unless otherwise notified by the Customer any mode. By placing an order in the prescribed manner, claims to have read all information provided to him during the purchase procedure and accept the general conditions and payment below transcribed.
2. If Customer is a consumer, once the buying process online, will print or save an electronic copy but keep these general conditions of sale, subject to the provisions in Articles. 3 and 4 of Decree No. 185/1999 on distance sales.
3. It excludes any right of the Customer to damages or compensation, and any contractual or extra contractual liability for any direct or indirect references to persons and / or property, caused by non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
Terms of sale 4. The site includes new stamps with gum Integra, New hinged, no gum, Rubber Stamps, Lots, Collections, Accumulations etc.
5. The numbering and the listing is always taken as a reference catalog reference which is always indicated, except in very rare cases in which the voice is not described or cataloged, or is indicative traded at prices not matching the reality of finding the market or price of the scales of stock. The symbols adopted is always known internationally.
6. Net selling price is denominated in Euro and is inclusive of VAT and on that price, there is no increase except any postage sent.
7. The price of what is offered, may vary more or less throughout the year at any time consistent with the price of the market.
8. The material offered is usually photographically reproduced and the reproduction is part of the description added, so we will not accept complaints about centering, space and characteristics of the stamps as heaviness, etc. sbaffature. or else when this has been described or detected by the photo.
9. All material offered has been carefully examined and then it guarantees its authenticity without flaws (unless specifically described), the stamps are usually normal center, while for some, with perfect centering, the price increases a lot. 10. For orders over 250 Euro net, postage, which will be secured by means of conventional or express post, will be at our expense, above and below will be charged to the overall cost.
11. Any complaints must be received within 7 days from date of shipment, as well as any requests for renewal or extension experts. Such complaints will be considered only if, in our opinion, objectionable material is not original result or had hidden defects not described, or was substantially different from the description from our analysis and playback experience. In any event, all obligations and responsibilities, will be limited to reimbursement of the amount actually paid, excluding any other claim.
12. May not, under any circumstances, be accepted complaints in the following cases of purchase:
12.1 - Lots composed of more than 10 pieces that are not described individually.
12.2 - Lots sizes stamp described as defective or of mixed quality.
12.3 - Collections, lots and accumulations of all kinds.
12.4 - Lotti, accumulations and collections explicitly described with words “be examined”.
Purchase methods 13. The customer may only purchase products in the electronic catalog Con Affetto Filatelia e Numismatica at the time the order and viewable online at (URL) www.conaffetto.it, as described in the relevant information sheets.
14. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by ConAffetto.it through an answer via e-mail, sent to the email address supplied by the customer. Payment Types 16.Marking

18. Payment by Credit Card
You can pay by credit card safely, because this is directly through Pay Pal which deals with enforcement of the transaction. During the payment transaction data is transmitted encrypted.
Methods and delivery 19. ConAffetto.it. accept orders for delivery around the world and used alongside the Italian Post, the most reliable international couriers.
20. For each order placed, ConAffetto.it issue tax invoice or possibly at the express request of the customer bill of material shipped, uniting them forever to products shipped all’intestatario order under Article 14 DPR 445/2000. For the issuance of the invoice, authentic information provided by the customer when ordering. No change in the invoice will be possible after the issuance thereof.
21. Delivery costs, which are taken by Italian Post Office
shall be borne by the customer for orders less than 100 for orders above $ 100 but delivery costs are borne by the Philately Con Affetto. Payment of the goods by the Customer will be using the method chosen when ordering. Nothing is due from the Customer more than the total order, shown at the end of the purchasing process.
22. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check: ·
the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (strapping tape or metal).
Recommend any damage immediately to challenge the parcel, as once signed the document the carrier, it will unfortunately not possible to oppose any objection about the external characteristics of the goods.
Right of withdrawal 23. In case you are not satisfied with the products purchased, you will have the option to exercise the right of withdrawal from part or all of the assets subject to an order without any penalty under Article. 5 D. Decree Law 185/99.
To withdraw from it is necessary to communicate that determination within 10 days of receipt of the goods purchased.
